Riker

Riker is a 12 pound neutered male who is about eight months old. He will need regular brushing to keep his medium coat looking great. I did give his fluffy feet a little trim, but he will not require hair cuts. He is very friendly and affectionate but needs a minute to warm up with new people. In his previous home he spent all his time in a crate. He's thriving in his foster home and building confidence every day. He loves toys and other dogs. He spent his first night in a home with a cat and did fine, but we don't have a cat in his foster home. Small kids still make him nervous, so kids in a new home need to be 12 or older. He is being crate trained and we recommend continuing that to become fully house broken. He's doing very well so far.
