Or a general application telling us what kind of dog your looking for. 2-Vet Check A volunteer from the rescue will call your current and/or previous vet. Things we look for are making sure any other dogs living in your home are spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccines. 3-Phone Screen A volunteer from the rescue, often the dogs foster human, will call you and do a phone screen. This is a great time to ask questions about the dog you want to meet and tell us more about you! 4-Meet and Greet It’s a date!
