Reta-Courtesty Post's Story

Reta is in need of a new home. Due to a change in work and living arrangements Reta is in need of a new home She is currently located in the Montgomery County MD From her current owner: She's VERY calm, but will also play a little, if the mood strikes her. House trained. Kennel trained. Knows basic commands/tricks (sit, lie down, roll over, up, bed, go lay down), but will only do any of these if there are milkbones involved (she doesn't like expensive treats!). She loves to sleep in late on the weekends. But best of all, she LOOOOVES to walk (allll day long- doesn’t tire out!!) and is a dream on a leash! She’s approx 8 years old, spayed, 50 lbs, and a full-blooded American Foxhound. She loves kids! Very gentle with them!! She has been around all types of dogs and other critters (cats & hamster) and is great with everyone! Reta is not within our direct foster network.
