Rennie American Staffordshire Terrier Raleigh, NC

Rennie is a 70lb. American Staffordshire Terrier Mix who has soooo much love to give. He is roughly 10 years old, neutered, and up to date on all vaccines. Rennie does best as the only dog in the home. He is not a fan of other dogs or cats but he walks well on a leash and does not try to pull/go after other animals on his walks. We are unsure at this time how Rennie would do in a home with small children. He has never snapped/bitten at anyone but due to his age, it is likely that he would be better suited for someone without small children or with children who can be patient and give him the boundaries and space that he needs. Rennie does have some anxiety, usually regarding going to new places he is unfamiliar with, but he adapts very well and very quickly.
Rennie's moderate energy level would make him a perfect match for almost anyone. He loves long walks, belly rubs, any snacks, and giving out kisses to everyone he meets!
Rennie's dad had to move to assisted living and sadly Rennie couldn't go. His dad will cover all of Rennie's vet expenses for his lifetime. He just wants Rennie to have a good home where he is loved.
