Calling all experienced dog owners. Hi there! My name is Reggie and I’m looking for my forever home. I am a 2 year old pit mix, my foster mom thinks my face wrinkles mean I might have some shar pei mixed in. My foster family saw a video of me shivering & terrified at the Trenton Animal Shelter when my family decided they couldn’t care for me. They came right over to rescue me and since then, I have been living with them and my canine foster brother and sister. I really love my foster brother and sister, they're a bit older than me and very calm, so they let me be me. I would really love a home with a fenced in yard, where I can patrol for critters and play fetch. I really enjoy my daily walks and I am great in the car!

I would do best in a home with experienced adults who are interested in continuing my training so I can continue on my mission to become the best I can be. My training has included walking, agility and greeting; and just to be safe, I’ve been trained to wear a muzzle which lets my foster mom and dad take the lead so I don’t feel like I have to protect them. I get nervous meeting new people who come to the house and I can be reactive to dogs I don’t know. But everyone has been so proud of all my progress. My adoption fee includes one private training session and 4 group training sessions, so we can learn all the things together!
