RAY!! Cattle Dog & Jack Russell Terrier Mix Lincoln, NE

Hey all! I’m Ray but my foster mom calls me Cooper. I don’t know why since those names aren’t at all the same. So...I’m cool with any ‘ol name. Bob, Joe, Jim, JimBob, JoeBob, whatev. As long as you give me a home, I will answer to anything you want to call me.

I just turned 1 year old and am a perfect medium sized pup at 35 pounds. I was actually adopted as a puppy but my family said I got too big. Weird, right? I guess they wanted one of those ridiculous little purse pups. Totally not my style!! I love to sit on laps but if you try to put me in a purse, I will cut you! Well, not really. I’m pretty gentle but let’s just not go there, okay?

So here’s the skinny on me. My DNA says I am a Jack Russell, cattle dog, and a few other random breeds so quite a variety. I’m house trained, kennel trained, love other dogs, kids and am also good with cats. I can be shy for like 30 seconds but after that I will be your best friend. I can sometimes be a little jumpy and barky but my foster mom tells me to knock it off so I do. My ideal home would have a doggy sibling for me to play with, lots of toys, and warm laps to curl up on.
