Rally's Story

Rally is a beautiful cream-and-white girl with an adorable pair of ears that can’t seem to agree on what they’re doing! Right now, one ear stands straight up while the other flops down, as if she can’t decide whether she wants two pointy ears or a one-up, one-down look. Either way, she’s absolutely adorable!

She is funny, kind, and eager to please. Rally enjoys being around her people and siblings and has a happy, engaging personality. She has a way of making people smile, and those ears just add to her charm!

Now around 4.5-5 months old, Rally weighs approximately 35 pounds and is growing into a beautiful young dog. Her mama, Raven, weighs around 50 pounds full grown, though Rally’s adult size is still uncertain. Rally appears to be a Shepherd/Lab-type mix, but her exact breed makeup is unknown. Raven appears to be a German Shepherd mix with possible Poodle or similar breed ancestry, and we suspect the puppies’ dad may have been a Lab or similar breed.

Rally and her six siblings were rescued in mid-July after being found abandoned off Rockwell Road alongside their mama, Raven. Since then, Rally has been raised in foster care with other dogs, cats, and children and has done well with them. She has received lots of positive socialization and is getting a great foundation for becoming a well-rounded family companion.

Rally has completed her veterinary care and is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on her age-appropriate vaccinations, including four DHPP vaccines, Bordetella, and rabies. She has also been dewormed multiple times, had a negative fecal test, and received routine monthly flea, tick, heartworm, and parasite preventatives. She has been examined and cleared for adoption by her veterinarian and is ready to find her forever family!

Interested in adopting Rally? Applications are OPEN!

Adoption application:
https://airtable.com/appklteyg5w2e0fmu/shrY8RxQc1KxQYCuv

Rally is fostered in and will be adopted from Delaware County, PA. Adopters must be 21+ years old and have proper identification. ALL members of the household must agree on the adoption. We do NOT allow adoptions to be surprises for others. Out of state adoptions are ALLOWED. We currently adopt to homes located in PA, NY, MD, DE, NJ, MA, CT, RI, OH, NH, OR, WA, SC, and FL. We will also adopt to homes located within 200-250 miles from Amarillo, TX 79101, and may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis for longer distances or other states. We call two personal non-family references (ie. friends, neighbors or co-workers) that are to be listed on the application. If there are any current pets in the home, we will call your Veterinarian as well to ensure all pets are up to date on state required vaccines and are spayed/neutered. Potential adopter must provide basic care for the life of the animal. An adoption contract must be thoroughly read, completed, and signed by the adopter before the adoption is complete. The adoption process could range anywhere from a few hours, up to a week. We do NOT hold dogs/puppies.
