Raisin - adoption pending's Story

Raisin is ready for her forever home! Are you looking for a dog to work as a therapy dog? Are you interested in become certified as a therapy dog team? We are looking for a special person who is willing to continue Raisin's therapy dog training and become certified with her. Her greatest passion in life is being with people, and she especially loves children. She would also thrive as an office or shop dog where her main goal was to act as a "welcoming committee".

Raisin does have some manageable health issues, including chronic food and environmental allergies. Theses allergies are currently managed with medication and diet and she is doing very well. She has had BOAS surgery to correct her breathing issues. Raisin is comfortable around cats, and great with other dogs. She does enjoy short easy walks, but is more of a couch potato than an athlete. She really enjoys rides in the car and going out in public anywhere there are people and dogs are allowed. She is not completely housebroken and does need to go through potty training. Being able to go outside through a dog door would be ideal. We ask that you be a homeowner and have a fenced yard. We would like to find her a home within driving distance of the Eugene, OR area.

She is fixed, micro-chipped, and up to date on vaccines. Her adoption fee is $550.

Please apply for her here -
