Rain's Story
**Rain has Embark DNA results on the way, and we will update her profile when we know for sure what she is!

We've been calling her a Lab mix because that's a pretty safe bet. She has all the wonderful Lab qualities... and maybe a few of the more entertaining ones too. Around here, some type of bully breed also seems like a safe guess.

Rain was first spotted running all over the west side of Sedalia, from way out on B Highway all the way to Starbucks, even crossing the busy highway. She had been on the run for about a week before we were finally able to get her safely trapped. Sadly, no one ever came forward to claim this sweet girl.

Since then, she's been spayed, vaccinated, heartworm tested, thoroughly vet-checked, and kept parasite-free while she waits for her adoption heroes to save the day!

Rain is still very much a puppy! Our veterinarian estimates she's about 10 to 12 months old, and she definitely has that fun, energetic puppy vibe. She's doing amazing with potty training (only ONE accident since she's been with her foster), and she's crate-trained too. She is a little thinner than she should be, but still weighs in at 73 pounds

You can meet Rain at our July 25th adoption event at Sedalia PetSmart from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Her adoption fee is just $50.

Here is a link to our dog application; she must have an approved application to go home. We email back after receiving the application within 2-5 days.
https://catassitanceteamsedalia.wufoo.com/forms/cats-adoption-survey-dogs/

Questions should be emailed to helpsedaliacats@gmail.com
