Meet Rachel! Rachel is an almost 7-year-old, 12.72lb, female Shih Tzu. Rachel is a sweet little lady looking for a patient home. She can be a bit shy when meeting new people. After being held and getting some gentle pets, she will settle in and start to relax. Rachel does have a grade 2 of 4 luxating patella in her right knee, she is not experiencing any lameness issues at this time. She is still unsure of the leash and would do best in a home with a physically fenced in yard or playpen for her outside time. She does great with other dogs and finds confidence in having a canine companion around.<br/><br/>The adoption fee is $400.
