Quinnie's Story
Meet Quinnie!

Quinnie was born in December 2025. She is spayed, up-to-date on her vaccinations, and ready to find a home of her own.

Quinnie is a beautiful, kind-hearted puppy with a gentle, sensitive soul. She loves everyone she meets—people, dogs, and just about everything around her. She is affectionate, playful, trusting, and full of the joyful spirit that makes puppyhood so special.

Like any young puppy, Quinnie is still learning. She is teething, so she will chew if she isn't given appropriate toys, and she is continuing to work on potty training. She sleeps comfortably in a crate at night and is making wonderful progress every day with consistency and positive reinforcement.

Quinnie loves dogs of all sizes and gets along well with both male and female dogs. She is respectful of smaller dogs and understands that they need gentler play. However, Quinnie is still a young, playful puppy and, because of her size and enthusiasm, she does not always recognize her own boundaries during play. For this reason, she would do best with a larger canine sibling who enjoys playing and can comfortably keep up with her puppy energy. A friendly, playful dog who can also help show her the ropes would be an ideal companion.

She has also been around cats and is learning that chasing them isn't acceptable, so she will need continued guidance and supervision as she matures.

She has spent time around children and enjoys their company. Because she is still teething and learning appropriate manners, interactions with young children should always be supervised while she continues to develop good habits.

Quinnie walks nicely on a leash and will flourish with a family that is patient, loving, and committed to helping her become the best dog she can be. She is expected to grow into a larger dog and appears to be a Pit Bull Terrier mix, possibly with Boxer and Lab.

Quinnie will also require an approved, secure fence and a safe yard where she can play, exercise, and enjoy her puppyhood safely.

As with all puppies, Quinnie is curious about everything and believes many things are toys! Her new family will need to puppy-proof their home by keeping anything unsafe out of reach.

Because puppies require time, training, and companionship, we do not place puppies in homes where they will be left alone for more than 5 hours at a time.

Quinnie deserves a family who will cherish her gentle heart, nurture her sensitive nature, and give her the love, patience, and guidance she needs to grow into an incredible lifelong companion.

To apply to adopt Quinnie:

PAWS for Life Animal Welfare & Protection Society
800 N.
