Quinn's Story

Quinn is an almost 10-week-old Mini Aussie/Red Heeler mix weighing 9 pounds. Both of her parents were around 40 pounds, so we expect her to be a nice medium-sized dog when grown.
Quinn is a very sweet, active puppy who loves being with her people and kids and gets along well with other dogs and cats. She has been sleeping quietly in her kennel at night and will whine when has to go potty. During the day (at this point), she may voice her opinion a bit when its time for kennel naps, but she settles in nicely.
Like any young puppy, Quinn is still learning the ropes. We are working on leash training and she is doing really well. She will need consistent supervision, frequent trips outside, and continued positive reinforcement as she works on potty training.
Quinn's future family should be prepared to provide daily mental and physical exercise, plenty of socialization, and positive training to help her grow into the best girl she can be.
Before coming to Heart, Quinn had never been handled by people. Despite that rough start, she quickly discovered that human companionship, affection, and family life are pretty wonderful. She is ready to continue that journey with a loving forever family.
Quinn's adoption fee is $300.00. Her future adopter will sign a contract at adoption that she will be spayed by 6 mos old. When proof of spay is provided, the adopter will receive a $50 refund. Please go to www.heartrescueteam.com to submit an application.
