Quinn <br/> PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING - SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS<br/><br/>Quinn is a 5.5-year-old, ~50 lb red Goldendoodle who came from a breeder situation where she lived outdoors and had very little exposure to normal home life. She has made incredible progress and is now a happy, affectionate, and playful dog in her foster home.<br/><br/>At home, Quinn is easy, loving, and well-behaved. She loves other dogs, plays in the yard, and is happiest cuddled up next to her canine friends or following her person from room to room. Once she bonds, she bonds deeply.<br/><br/>However, Quinn is still very shy and easily overwhelmed in new environments. She is fearful in public and can be a flight risk if not properly secured. She will need a confident, experienced adopter who understands how to keep nervous dogs safe and is physically able to handle/lift her if needed.<br/><br/>Quinn will also need time to build trust-multiple meet-and-greets will be required prior to adoption. She is not a dog who can go home on the first visit.<br/><br/>She has a manageable medical routine (special diet, Pepcid, and probiotics) for mild reflux, which is well controlled.<br/><br/>Quinn MUST have:<br/> Another playful, confident dog (ideally 2+)<br/> A secure fenced yard<br/> A calm, adult-only home<br/> A patient adopter committed to a slow transition and within an hour of Tampa<br/><br/> Located in Odessa (Tampa area)<br/> Adoption fee: $300<br/> Spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative<br/><br/> Apply: www.love4pawsfl.org/adopt<br/><br/>Quinn is a truly special dog who just needs the right environment to continue thriving.
