Queso Mixed Breed Waynesville, GA

Queso's fosters have nothing but amazing things to say about this three cheese little dude. Being down one leg hasn't slowed him down in the least bit. Before he had his leg amputated, he was sweet and active, and it hasn't changed one bit. Since he's healed from his surgery, he has discovered he loves to play in the kiddie pools with the other dogs/puppies he's fostered with. He has gotten along with dogs, cats, and will probably be amazing with younger kids because he has been so gentle. He can be pretty lazy most of the time, but when you say his name, his tail starts to thump, his body starts to wiggle, and he wants all the attention and snacks.
Queso is able to use the doggy door without problem and is getting the hang of house training.


Queso was seen wandering the rural streets of Waynesville, Ga., with who we suspect is his mom, limping and unable to use his back left leg at all. Some good Samaritan's contacted SGER to see if we could take him and his mom in, while we weren't able to take mom in at the time, we got her safe in a temporary foster home. Queso needed more care and near future vet visits.
