Meet Puzzle! He’s a large, cuddle-bug with a goofy smile and ready to meet his new family! He’s a low energy dog that loves affection and shoes (don’t worry he doesn’t chew them). He would do well in a home with another nice, low energy dog or as a single dog. He is not a fan of cats, fireworks or thunderstorms. He loves chewing antlers, laying in the sunshine and going on car rides. He has not been introduced to very young children. He is crate trained and house trained. He walks well on a leash and knows all his basic commands. This smart boy has successfully completed Canine Good Citizen training!

He's only about 5 years old but has some stiffness in his legs, probably from not getting the proper nutrition as a young pup. He’s on a daily joint supplement and gets around very well. He appears to be a boxer mix and is about 75 lbs.

PRIVATE MEET & GREETS: Submitting an adoption application is required before a private meet & greet will be scheduled. We will complete a pre-screening first to make sure that the dog you are interested in is a good fit for you. That way, we don't unnecessarily waste your time or the foster's time.

Our adoption fee is $300 and includes all age appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. All of our rescue dogs are heart worm tested annually beginning at 9 months of age, and they are kept on monthly heart worm and flea preventatives.

The breed and age included in this listing is based upon the opinion of a vet that has examined the dog. We cannot confirm the age of the dog unless the dog was born in the care of the rescue.

We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions as a home check is required as part of the adoption process.
