Puppy

Bobbie and her daughter, Puppy, were adopted from our sanctuary in Curacao in 2017. Fast forward 4 years and they were both surrendered back to CARF (in Curacao) in June 2021 because their dad could no longer take care of them. They came to Canada in February 2022 to find their forever home.<br/> <br/>Puppy is so full of love and thrives on attention. She has a medium energy level and loves going on leash walks and car rides. Puppy can go from being playful and energetic to being a big couch potato.<br/><br/>Puppy needs to be with people who will reassure her and make her feel safe and secure. She gets along with the other (7) dogs here; however, she can be reactive toward other dogs when she’s in a new environment IF she’s feeling insecure. We’ve been working with Puppy to reassure her and build her confidence, and she’s shown tremendous improvement. <br/><br/>Puppy is friendly with people of all ages but would appreciate a stable, calm household where she can relax and be herself. If you make Puppy feel safe, secure and loved she will be your most loyal friend.
