Punkin's Story

Meet Punkin — Sweet as Pie!

This little “Punkin” isn’t for carving — she’s for cuddling!
At just 5 months old and 26 pounds, Punkin may have had a rough start after being dumped on the side of the road, but you’d never know it now. Once a sick, scared pup, she’s blossomed into a healthy, happy bundle of joy who’s ready to fill your home with laughter and love.

Punkin is everything her name promises — warm, bright, and full of personality! She’s incredibly affectionate, adores kids, and loves nothing more than playtime followed by snuggle time. Smart as a whip, she’s already picking up on manners and will make an amazing lifelong companion.

We expect Punkin to stay around 35 pounds — the perfect size for a lap dog who also loves adventures. If you’re looking for a little sunshine wrapped in fur, Punkin’s your girl.

Available through Montague County Animal Rescue
Call or text 469-951-0215 to meet this sweetheart today!

***Adoption Policy: Montague County Animal Rescue typically does not adopt dogs to homes where they will live primarily outdoors. We believe every dog deserves to be part of the family and live safely indoors. Exceptions may be made for specific breeds or unique circumstances where an outdoor environment is appropriate and secure.
