Pumpkin Seed Bull Terrier Mix Madras, OR

Pumpkin came in as a owner surrender after just having a baby and she has a nasty habit of eating dog stool. She is only 6 months old so she is still young enough for this habit to be broken of. She is a Bull Terrier mix. Very sweet and friendly but shy at first. She is house broken, crate trained. Good with other dogs, she lived with another Bull Terrier. She is good with kids and is well behaved. Has not ever been around cats. She knows sit, down, and shake. She likes playing with rope toys and chewies and likes playing tug and chase with other dogs and tug with people. She is used to sleeping in her crate in one of the bedrooms. She is not quite ready to go yet as she needs to be scheduled to be spayed but a $25 non refundable hold fee can hold her until she is ready to go and that fee goes towards her adoption fee. If you are local, you may qualify for our foster to adopt program.

We also now have a temporary program as our surgeries are backed up where you can adopt the animal before it is altered. You pay the adoption fee as usual then you can pay a $250 refundable deposit. You will have 60 days to get the animal altered. Then you will have 14 days to provide proof of the alter. Once we receive that you will be refunded the $250. There are low cost spay/neuter in our area that we can refer you too. This is one of several options for adopting one of our animals.

before applying for adoption. Once we receive your application it will be gone through and then you will be called to schedule a meet and greet.
