Pumpkin Great Pyrenees & Great Dane Mix Fort Morgan, CO

Pumpkin is about 1 year old and she is a shy girl with lots of potential. Pumpkin and her brother were taken away from an abusive neglectful owner when they were just a few months old and placed in a super scary shelter. Sadly she missed out on knowing what love and being a happy puppy were all about in the crucial stage of life. Because of that she is on the timid side with people. Pumpkin has really come around in her foster home. With mom and the other dogs, she has become more comfortable and she is learning how to be a happy, playful pup. She will be going to a new foster home who will be able to work with her training, being out in public and going on walks. This will really help with her confidence. Pumpkin is house trained, doesn’t mind being in her kennel, leaves people things alone and absolutely loves playing with other dogs and on occasion, the resident cat. We are asking for a home with no children and it is a must to have another young playful pup. More to come as we get to know her better.
