Prince's Story

We were finally able to pull Prince from the shelter, thanks to our wonderful fosters!!<br/>Prince is a loveable, playful, charming guy who is good with other pups and is fantastic with cats! He is up to date on shots and will be chipped prior to adoption. He was euth listed at a local shelter after a minor bite incident in which he clearly expressed discomfort and his warning signals were ignored. He was a staff/volunteer favorite, while at the shelter.<br/><br/>Prince prefers a quiet, adult only household.

Kane's Mission - Dog Rescue's Adoption Policy

The potential adopter would fill out an application. We would contact them, and have an initial phone interview. The next steps are to set up the home inspection, and perform reference checks, as well as reach out to their veterinarian to make sure that their current or previous animals were all kept up on vaccinations, monthly flea/heartworm meds, and that they were well cared for, medically. After the home inspection, we would set up a meet and greet with them. Sometimes more than one meeting is necessary, especially if they have other animals. Once approved, they would fill out and sign the adoption contract, and pay the adoption fee, and we would then deliver the animal to them.
