Meet Pozole
F - 3 years - Chihuahua -
Pozole is a shy girl who can be unsure of new people, but is very calm and sweet. She loves to be held, so we initially had a hard time photographing her. But as soon as we pulled out a tennis ball, she was a completely different dog! She loves playing fetch and catching the ball in the air. She's gets her zoomies, and then settles into your lap for some more cuddles!
She initially came to us with her Chihuahua brother, but both were adopted separately. Pozole was returned because she sheds quite a bit, and chews when she gets bored, so a little care and attention will help her be the best dog she can be!
ADOPT
To adopt, come see us! We're open for walk-ins Tuesday - Sunday from 1 PM to 5 PM with adoptions closing at 4:30 PM each day. All adoptions are free through the end of 2023. All of our animals are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to head home with you.
