Meet Portia! She is one of the sweetest little dogs who just wants to be loved. She is a petite 8lbs and was surrendered by her owners to South LA shelter where she was in active labor. She ended up having puppy still births and underdeveloped puppies who died before they were born. This was probably not her first litter either as she was failed by her previous owners. <br/><br/>We got her spayed and spiffed up and she is so cute and loving. She has an adorable underbite and is so loyal to whoever shows her love and attention. She sleeps through the night in a crate in foster mom's bedroom. She is learning to use the dog door but would love someone who can take her on walks and would benefit from formal dog training as she is so attentive and food motivated. <br/><br/>She is super young, about a year, her teeth are pristine white.
