Poppy is just the cutest little wiggle butt. She shows her enthusiasm with her whole body, it will just delight you! She is a happy girl who was abandoned so needs some confidence building but loves nothing more than being with her people and right in the center of what is going on. Poppy is young, we aren’t sure but probably around 11 months old. She is 16 pounds with a slim build, not sure of her breed mix. We really feel she would be happiest going to a home with another playful dog as this girl LOVES to play and snuggle with a canine companion. She bonds tightly with her people and although she is happy playing by herself she likes to make sure someone is around. She just wants to feel safe. Poppy sleeps next to her foster mom as close as she can, super loving. She bonds with both males and females, we haven’t seen her around kids or cats yet. Poppy is a very sensitive, sweet soul who is pure joy. Not great on a leash yet and not necessarily scared of noises but just very little experience with the world. Very athletic! She can jump super high and loves to race around at mach speed. A fenced in yard would be really good for her. She would do great in a home where her person or people are around a lot and another canine companion to play with. She is such a treat and a very special little one! We love her.
