Popcorn is a 2-year-old, 45-pound sweetheart! She is one of those special dogs who just want to be close people. She loves affection, loves being touched, and will happily lean into you for pets and cuddles. She is new to the rescue and can be a little timid in new situations, which makes us think life hasn't always been easy for her. But even with her uncertainty, she seeks out love and human connection. She wants affection so badly - as if she had been denied it before. She is enjoying ALL of the petting and attention in her foster home!<br/><br/>Popcorn is dog-friendly and would probably gain confidence from having another dog around. In fact, we think she would do wonderfully in a home with a friendly canine companion! <br/><br/>She is learning leash walking and does not pull. She's been doing well in her foster home, has had no reported accidents, and is recovering nicely from her recent spay surgery.
