WE REQUIRE ALL PAST & PRESENT PETS TO BE SPAYED/NEUTERED AND ROUTINELY UP-TO-DATE ON VACCINATIONS, HEARTWORM PREVENTATIVE (dogs) AND FLEA CONTROL. APPLICATIONS WITH MISSING INFORMATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR PROCESSED!
