Pixel

Pixel is a 3-4yr old 30lb neutered male border collie mix (Embark DNA results available) that was originally pulled to become an Urban Search and Rescue canine. Unfortunately he had to be medically washed out of our program due to a soft trachea that makes it hard for him to breath when running hard, especially when it's hot out. Pixel has been looking for a home of his own for over a year. His adoption fee has been waved and he's free to an approved adopter. He's a great dog and would love to snuggle on your couch and play fetch in your yard.

- House broken
- Crate trained
- Neutral to other dogs (he will hang out but he does not understand how to play)
- Toy and food motivated for training
- Super friendly with all people and snuggly and affectionate with his family
- High energy, eager to please, and loves training
- Must wear a harness and no collars due to soft trachea

Pixel can't do search and rescue but he is so smart and motivated in training he would love to find a family that wants to teach him tricks, play games, and then snuggle on the couch at the end of the day.

Embark Results: https://app.embarkvet.com/pet/eca3ff12-6722-4654-b968-14e9b5225051
