PIPPA's Story

Pippa is a 2 year old german shepherd and husky mix who weighs about 70 lbs. She is a happy, playful and energetic girl. She is dog and people friendly and has made many friends on her adventures with her foster family. She has been at family gatherings with children and does very well. She is also fostered with another dog whom she loves.

Like all working breed dogs she is very loyal and bonds with her chosen people strongly. Pippa likes to hang out in the same room with her foster dad and be where she can watch him. She is fine being left for reasonable periods of time in her crate. She loves her crate and views it as a safe place.

At the dog park Pippa loves to play with other dogs and run around. But she always returns to her owner to check in and then she takes off to play again. It is as though she checks on her owner to make sure all is well.

Pippa loves also to play ball and loves her toys. If foster Dad is doing his yard work and he doesnt pay attention to her for a while she will pick up one of her toys and place it on his back to try to get him to play. She is full of fun and personality.

Pippa has worked with a trainer and knows all her basic manners and commands. She is very smart and learns quickly.

Foster dad says; Pippa is a beautiful and wonderful dog with a kind and strong personality. She needs room to play and a kind owner that can give her leadership and direction. She needs a good bit of excercise and would do well with an active owner who loves walks, hikes and adventures.

To adopt Pippa please contact Ben. 818-292-4464. ben9250@att.net
Located in West Hills, San Fernando Valley.
