Meet Piper
Piper is a beautiful, sweet girl! While she can be a little shy at first with strangers, she is such a love and is very affectionate and intensely loyal. She is very treat motivated, which is a great way to her heart and to gain her confidence.
Piper is definitely not an alpha dog. She will do best in a home with some calming confidence, either human or canine, or both. She loves to play follow the leader and smell and do whatever my adult dogs do.
She is really good on a leash.
And she is remarkably kind and patient with puppies. In fact, she was the primary babysitter for a super rambunctious pug puppy, who never like to be left alone. Any time I had to leave, I could just leave her with Piper, and know that she would be cuddled and loved on.
When that little monkey got adopted, and Piper looked for her for weeks. Every time she came in the house….
Piper is also really good with large dogs, but, honestly, has no idea that she herself is a large dog. ?
Piper is a well-adjusted pup who has been hand raised. She has never shown any signs of aggression, including food aggression.
Piper is used to playing and sleeping with the other dogs on the property. While I have never seen her interact with a cat, I have no reason to anticipate a problem.
