Hello and welcome to Beacon Animal Rescue! Beacon’s mission is to rescue, shelter, and find loving homes for cats and dogs; to educate the community about responsible treatment of companion animals; and to promote the practice of spaying and neutering in a no-kill environment. All our dogs come spayed/ neutered, up-to-date on vaccines and medical records, along with a free check-up within two weeks of adoption from our animal clinic.

Pipe is an energetic, playful 7 month old mix who came to us from Georgia, with his brother PVC. The two get their names because they were found in a sewer system. Despite their sad story, Pipe is full of energy and would run all day if he could! He and his pair, PVC, love to play in the yard together and tease each other. Pipe is expected to do well with other dogs and new people, but would prefer to find a home with no cats.

If you have any dogs in the household already, we require a meet and greet between the pups to make sure they will get along! All dogs can be cat tested upon request as well, unless the dog has already been tested, which will be marked on their profile.
