PINO's Story

*For any questions or to learn more about the adoption process, please contact us at inquiry@kpupsforlove.org.

Meet Pino: A Sweet, Gentle Young Soul Ready for Love!

Pino is a handsome 1-year-old Jindo Mix, weighing a perfect 12kg (approx. 26 lbs). He is the son of Audrey, who was rescued after surviving a traffic accident that left her missing one of her legs; he has inherited her resilient yet incredibly gentle nature. If you are looking for a loyal, medium-energy companion who gets along with everyone, Pino is your boy!

Pino is a "safety-first" kind of guy. Because of his background, he is a bit timid around new people and might shy away if you try to approach him too quickly. However, he is entirely non-aggressive. Even when he's nervous or being handled, he has zero mouthiness or bite history. Pino is very food-motivated. You can easily win his heart by offering him a treat; he will happily close the distance to become your best friend!

Pino enjoys his walks and exploring the neighborhood but doesn't have a high prey drive. Once he's back inside, he's happy to settle down and relax. Pino gets along with everyone, including kids. He loves playing and being around other dogs; he's also very friendly towards cats. Pino has no separation anxiety, no excessive barking, and absolutely no resource guarding over food or toys.

Pino would do wonderful in a home with a family that can understand that he needs a little time to feel brave. Since he is so good with other dogs, having a furry brother or sister could help him build confidence. With a little patience and a few treats, Pino blossoms into a loyal, loving companion. If you're looking for a gentle best friend who will reward your kindness with quiet devotion, Pino is ready to meet you.

Breed: Jindo Mix

Approx.
