Pina Colada is a female, 6.15 lb., tricolor Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher mix. Her estimated date of birth is June 16, 2025. Pina Colada came to ARF as an owner surrender at no fault of her own. She has been shown that the world can be scary and people are not always kind. Despite her difficult start, she is so eager to love and be loved. At first she can seem like a tiny, timid girl, but a little time and trust reveals a fun-loving, young dog with a giant personality! Give her a chance to open up and she will also reveal she has impeccable comedic timing. She is sure to keep your spirits up and a smile on your face.<br/><br/>Affectionately called "Pea" by her foster mom, she is a sweet girl who adores the people she loves and will show you with cuddles, kisses and the best full body wiggles. She gets along with the other dog in her foster home and has never lost a game of tug! She is about 90% potty pad trained and continues to make improvements as her confidence builds.<br/><br/>Every day she shows a new piece of herself, and is constantly learning and discovering all the little joys life has to offer. In typical Chihuahua fashion, she loves people watching, crinkly toys, and all the snacks she can get her teeth on. She is a pro at arranging the blankets "just right" and loves a cozy sweater (especially if there is already a person in it!)<br/><br/>Pea is blossoming into the silliest love bug with equal parts sass and snuggle. She just wants to be near her people and be given the opportunity to show and receive all the love she deserves. She cannot wait to find her forever family! She has a $250.00 adoption fee that includes neuter/spay, vaccinations and micro chip. <br/><br/>Note: ARF reserves the right to deny any application that is deemed unsuitable for the animal.
