Piggy's Story

Piggy (AKA Winston) is a 2yo miniature Schnauzer rescued with his brothers in Mississippi. They have been living outside and were badly matted. He weighs 12#. They are now been groomed, vaccinated, neutered. Piggy is HW negative and will need to be maintained on monthly heartworm prevention.

Piggy is the most shy of the group and we were told he was more shy with men, but he instantly bonded to his foster dad. He is house-training very quickly and will get it in no time with consistency and stability. He is good with other dogs.

His adoption fee is $550. If you are interested in adopting him, please complete an application on our website at cvcaninerescue.org (Champlain Valley Canine Rescue)
