Get ready to relish in the opportunity to meet the adorable Pickle!
Being found as a stray with a terrible URI, we were lucky to find a foster to care for him and get him prepared to find his forever home!
According to his foster, Pickle is very affectionate! He loves to be by your side at all times, tries to give hugs, and loves long walks. He greets everyone with a goofy smile and a hug! He’s an energetic boy, and he will keep up with you on runs!
He’s been great around household appliances like vacuums and mops, such a brave boy. Pickle did amazing getting a bath and brushed. He loves to get dried off with a towel after he comes in from playing in the snow.
Pickle loves to chew on squeaky toys - who doesn’t? Being a smart breed, he needs mental exercise as well as physical exercise! He’s been working on sit, paw, down, spin, and stay.
Pickle is a border collie around 1-2 years old. He has not been cat tested, and if there’s another dog in the home, a meet and greet will need set up. Please do your research on this breed before applying!

Please be aware that we are all volunteers and we do not pre-approve applications.
We are open every Saturday to the public from 10-2 to meet our dogs.
Dog adoptions will not take place during that 10-2 timeframe and applications will only be taken on our available dogs that day. Also please do not bring your own dogs during our Saturday open hours.
