Meet Phoenix Pup (formerly Fitz Puppy)
THIS HANDSOME BOY IS PHOENIX AND HE IS AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION NOW!
Phoenix, formerly Fitz Puppy, was adopted from our rescue a few months ago. Due to a change in work schedule, his adopters could no longer keep him. He is now in one of our wonderful foster homes while he waits for his true forever home. Phoenix is about 8 months of age now. He is doing wonderful with his house training but he is not fond of being crated. We attribute this to his being crated for long periods of time in his former home. He can be acclimated to a crate again but it may take a little time. He is very smart and eager to please. Phoenix is neutered, micro-chipped and current with vaccines. He currently weighs 40-45 pounds. We expect him to be a medium-to-large sized dog when fully grown.
Phoenix and the rest of the F-litter were rescued from a high kill shelter along with their mama, Foxy. The litter was listed as Collie mix but only a DNA test can determine their true breed makeup. If you would like to give Phoenix the loving home that he deserves, please submit the adoption application through our website OneLifeToLiveRescue.com. After your application is reviewed and approved, a volunteer will contact you to answer any questions you may have. The suggested adoption donation for Phoenix is $350 to help us recover some of the cost of our ongoing vet bills. Thank you for considering a wonderful, rescued Mixed-Breed puppy!
Phoenix Pup has been adopted by his foster mom. His new name is "Sarge" and he will be spending the "happily-ever-after" part of his life in South Scranton, PA!
