Introducing Phoebe the gardening enthusiast!<br/><br/>Phoebe is a flower child at heart; and will possibly eat them right from the garden if given the chance (She takes flowers very seriously) :)<br/><br/> Phoebe is considered the "sly" puppy out of her siblings and it's not uncommon for her to have a collection of crocs, goggles and all things she probably should not have......because, well, puppy curiosity right? <br/><br/>When she's not stealing shoes and playing with kiddos in hwr foster home Phoebe is working on basic commands, house training, and manners. Phoebe is super smart and will do great with continued guidance and training<br/><br/>When Phoebe is with the resident dogs, cats, and kiddos in her foster home she is the fierce wild child of the group; but get her one on one and she's as sweet as can be.<br/><br/> Phoebe can't wait to be beside you everywhere you go; she loves being around her foster parents and the kiddos in the home. Families who like to be on the go to the front of the line please! :)<br/><br/>Our best guest is that Phoebe is a mix of some pretty amazing breeds; boxer, hound, bully; and it all comes together in the form of this beautiful girl. <br/><br/>Phoebe is up-to-date on all age-appropriate vaccines, on heartworm preventative, flea/tick preventative, and her spay procedure is included in her adoption fee. <br/><br/>Phoebe will go into her forever homexwith all of her favorite things including; bowls, bed, toys, leash, collar, toys, and food to get atarted in her new home.<br/><br/>Please Note: Cause for Paws Rescue requires adoptive families to be within a 100 mile radius of our rescue (Byron, Illinois.)<br/><br/> Applications to adopt can be found on our website: causeforpaws.net <br/><br/>THANK YOU for choosing a rescue pet!

Cause For Paws's Adoption Policy
In order to encourage folks to rescue homeless Orphans, we try to make the rescue experience as non-invasive and pleasant as possible. First, an application is completed prior to meeting any of our orphans. Since we do not have a shelter, it’s important to be able to pre-qualify folks that will be making appointments with fosters, to meet any of our orphans. We do a vet check, to verify all current or previous dogs are up to date on vaccines, heartworm testing, heartworm prevention, and are either spayed or neutered. We may also contact references listed on the application when there is no previous vet information, or where more information is needed. We’ll then contact you to arrange a home visit, which is merely an opportunity to ask and answer any questions regarding our process. Since most of our orphans have already been in a situation that was not right for them, we want to do whatever it takes to allow them to succeed. It is not our intent to set a dog or a family up for failure.
