Who can resist these adorable freckles! Introducing Phillip! Phillip is a Spitz mix, about 3.5 years old and 18lbs. He loves spending time outdoors and would enjoy the company of another dog. He’s very friendly with all. It’s a simple scratch behind his ears and he’ll be your best friend. He would be happiest living in a home with a fenced in backyard for him run freely.
