Sadly, due to unexpected medical issues in the household, they were no longer able to keep a dog and reached out for help to ensure Philip's safety.<br/><br/>When he first arrived, Philip was unsure of the world and responded with fear—barking at new people and dogs because he didn't yet understand how to feel safe.<br/><br/>But he's still a puppy—and that has made all the difference.<br/><br/>With patience, structure, and love in his foster environment, Philip has begun to blossom.
