I would like to formally introduce Phil!!!!<br/><br/>This handsome little guy is approximately 2 years old, half yorkie and half shih tzu, and seeking his very best furrrever family. Phil is neutered, up to date on rabies and dhpp vaccines, tested for heart worm and tick-borne diseases, and microchipped. <br/><br/>Phil came into the care of Animal Control as a stray at first. When mom and dad eventually came forward, it was to sign a surrender and for us to collect whatever information we could. <br/><br/>Phil lived in a home with 2 other dogs, 4 kids, and a lot of commotion. Phil loves loves loves to play fetch. Phil is dog friendly, cat friendly, kid friendly, adult friendly, and senior friendly.
