A water-loving lifestyle is a must for this little guy!<br/><br/>Phil is doing an excellent job with crate training and is making great progress with house training when kept on a consistent routine. Hes dog friendly, playful, and loves everyone he meets.<br/><br/>Phil is will be neutered on the 6/30 and will then be ready to find the family who will make all of his water-loving dreams come true!
