Pepperoni's Story

Introducing More than Octomom!

More than Octomom came into the shelter as a stray and
SURPRISE she was pregnant.
She just kept getting bigger and BIGGER until finally she had 10 yes count them 10 puppies. (Puppies will be available for adoption soon.) She was an absolutely lovely dog mom, and now that her puppies are ready to go off into the world on their own, it's her time to shine.

More than Octomom is the kind of dog who makes you feel chosen. She has a soft, steady presence and a heart that orients itself toward people like it’s following true north. Even when she arrived carrying the enormous responsibility of motherhood, her favorite place in the world was still right beside her foster mom, soaking up affection.

She’s calm, sweet, and wonderfully loyal, the sort of companion who settles into your life as if she’s always belonged there. Pepperoni is beautifully mannered, too: fully house trained, lovely on leash, and already familiar with her basic commands.

She loves puzzle and wobble toys, knows sit and shake, and if you have peanut butter, you will immediately be besties.

Approximate Birth Date - 02/01/2025

Octomom is great with kids and although we dont know about her past experience with cats, we think she would be fine. We also think she could happily peacefully co-exist with another dog.

So if you're in the market for a family friendly dog, you've always wanted a peanut butter obsessed lab, or just need more cuddles in your life, we'd love to have you meet her.
