With no one able to fully step in and care for her long-term, Pepper’s life was turned upside down as she tried to adjust to a world without the person she loved most. Despite everything, she remained sweet, steady, and loving.<br/><br/>Eventually, Pepper was adopted into what was hoped to be her forever home. For a while, it seemed like she finally got her second chance — a family, stability, and a place to belong. But life changed again, and after a divorce in the household, Pepper was sadly returned. Once more, she found herself back without a permanent place to call home.<br/><br/>Through every transition, Pepper has continued to show what an incredible dog she is. She is calm, affectionate, and deeply loyal once she feels safe. She doesn’t ask for much — just a stable home, kindness, and someone who will choose her and keep choosing her.<br/><br/>Pepper is up to date on vaccinations and is spayed. She is a true companion dog who just wants to finally settle into a forever home where she will never have to wonder again where she belongs.<br/><br/>After everything she has endured, Pepper deserves peace, consistency, and a family who will love her for the rest of her life.
