Penbrook's Story

**Dog breeds listed are best guesses from veterinary professionals, they are never a guarantee. www.brownpawsrescue.com.

3 months old and already 32 pounds, Penbrook is going to be a big, lean boy. His perky ears are the cutest!

In just 2 weeks, Pen is learning confidence, mastering play time. Pen is always down for snuggle time and needs that love to help him continue to feel safe
Pen holds his bladder like a champ throughout the day with outside visits every 2-3 hours. He goes to the door when he needs to go out. Sleeps through the night curled up on his dog bed in the bedroom without accidents.
Loves to play with toys, with his brother Holbrook or by himself
Very food motivated and quick to catch on to training. Has masterted sit and working hard at other puppy skills
After a week, Pen started seeking us out for cuddle time. Pen was very fearful and unsure at his Wisconsin arrival. He now has learned the comforts of the couch and the big chair for naps, snuggles and watching out the window, he seems dedicated to exploring the cozy life and being the center of yours where he can continue to feel safe, loved and help him build his confidence

Pen lives with his brother Hol currently, he loves playtime with his brother and naptime equally. Pen was born in Texas, out in the country, on a rural farm with no protection from predators or the elements. Because of the rough start, he had some lumps and bumps, now is healing perfectly and is ready to find his furever home. Pen is 1 of 13 pups from the Brooks litter. Pen gets along with the resident dogs and loves to follow them around for walks outside. Pen would love to have a fur-sibling he can learn from and play with but would also do great being the one & only and be the center of attention.
