She's sweet, social, and friendly with both people and other dogs — just a little 13-pound bundle of love looking for someone to call her own. <br/><br/>Her story is unfortunately one we hear too often. Her previous owner gave her away, and Pebbly later became lost. Her owner intended to reclaim her, but ultimately wasn't able to care for her.
