Peanut's Story
Hi! My name is Peanut, and I am looking for my forever home. My elderly Hooman is no longer able to take care of me, and although I miss her very much, I am excited to meet my new family. I am a happy, sweet, affectionate girl who loves walks, car rides, toys, snuggles, and kisses. I have a gentle nature and love curling up close to my Hooman. Sometimes I bark if I hear a loud noise—it is just my doggo nature—but I calm down very quickly. I especially love sleeping beside my Hooman and even sneaking under the covers.

I have been spending time with some doggie friends, and we get along very well, but I would also be perfectly happy as the only doggo in the house. I have not had much experience with small kids or other animals, but I have been meeting many new friends on walks with my foster mom, and I have been happy and friendly with everyone I meet. I am a very good girl with a lot of love to give, and I am looking for a loving, stable home where I can be cherished and cared for.

If you are interested in meeting this pooch, please download the Adoption Questionnaire (farescue.org/pdf_files/questionnaire_canine.pdf), fill it out and email it back to us at info@farescue.org or fax (310) 362-0321. You can also meet this and/or other available dogs at our weekend adoptions.

[Peanut is 6 years old and weighs 18 lbs.]

(2605)
