Meet Peanut
3/23: Peanut is about three and a half years old, weighs 35 pounds, has tested negative for heartworms, and is kennel-trained. He was pulled from the local Animal Control where he was not eligible for adoption due to being on the shy side. He is still afraid of people, but with a patient person, a confident canine friend, and a securely fenced-in yard we're sure he'll settle in and show how gentle he is! He loves sleeping on the sofa, and although he currently is not comfortable on a leash he is quite food motivated.
