Pecky was found in a box near Mrs. Betty’s home, along with her 4 siblings (Penny, Daisy, Ruby, and Nikki Six), when she was just a one-month-old puppy.<br/><br/>HER RESCUE STORY (A Collaboration Story)<br/>- Mrs. Betty, a community leader and active volunteer in spay/neuter campaigns, cared for the five puppies for 5 days.<br/>- She contacted our founder for support, as, while she always seeks to contribute, she cannot financially cover the rescue expenses.<br/>- Upon arrival at For Happy Tails, the entire litter tested positive for Parvovirus.<br/>- Sadly, there were losses, but the survivors were: Pecky, Daisy, Nikki, and Ruby.<br/><br/>HER MEDICAL HISTORY (A Battle Won)<br/>- The little warrior was diagnosed with **Parvovirus, contracted from the street**, and endured two long months of treatment.<br/>- Mycoplasma: This infection was **contracted in the shelter** due to her low defenses at the time of rescue (remember that shelters, constantly rescuing sick dogs, always carry the risk of puppies contracting an additional illness).<br/>- It was a difficult fight, leaving her very thin and weak, but Pecky pulled through.<br/>- After another month of recovery, Pecky finally regained her strength, spirit, and joy.<br/><br/>- Current Condition: Completely healthy, parasite-free, and ready for adoption.<br/><br/>HER PERSONALITY (Sweet and Bold)<br/>Now, at about 4 months old, Pecky weighs 3 kg (6.6 lbs).
