Meet Pax
I was living with my humans in a vehicle, but they decided that it wasn't fair to me and that I need more room to release my energy. I love to play frisbee, catch, or with most toys. I get along with just about everyone, including kids and other dogs, but cats...not so much.
I enjoy car rides and adventures, or just being goofy around the house. I am a cuddler after I have had a chance to release some of my energy. I am house broken and know to do my business outside when given the opportunity. If you need to leave me alone, I am great in a crate (especially if it is covered, giving me more security). I am a smart dude if I do say so, and already know commands of sit, stay, down, and high five. Bring on the training level two.
I just turned a year old, so I do tend to get excited and jump up occasionally. I enjoy chewing on things given me, and can be a little mouthy at times. When I have a bone or something that is mine, I can be a bit possessive. My tummy can get a bit sensitive when changing foods, so I have been currently put on a digestive care blend diet. I tend to gobble my food so may be better with a slow feeder dish. I am partially leash trained, but usually settle down after some of my energy is released.
I am available to take home for foster as an unaltered dog, with the stipulation that you will sign the required OPHS unaltered waiver/foster agreements. This gives you responsibility for preventing any chance of procreation possibilities until I am neutered in the near future. This will be at the expense of OPHS, allowing me to then be adopted.
I am so looking forward to meeting you and getting started on some new adventures!
