Three year old, 11 lb, Lhasa Apso/Shih Tzu mix Pauly entered the county shelter as a stray. He was very reactive at the shelter, but calmed once he came into our care. While he likes people, Pauly can be shy/protective with new people, and doesn't like some men. He also doesn't like confinement. Pauly prefers to be with other dogs, especially small ones. He likes to play with soft toys. Pauly would be happiest with another dog in the home. He likes to deal with one person at a time, and is not appropriate for a home with children or people who are not experienced in handling dogs who may get moody.
