He is still working on housetraining and will need continued patience, supervision, and consistency as he learns a new home and routine. He currently uses a pet door in his foster home, which has helped him understand that potty happens outdoors.<br/><br/>Like most puppies his age, Pauley is still in the chewing stage and needs supervision. For his safety, he must be kept in an approved puppy playpen anytime he cannot be directly watched. A puppy pen provides a low-anxiety, safe space for him and helps him learn appropriate habits while keeping him secure.<br/><br/>Pauley cannot be left at home for long periods. As a young puppy, he needs the companionship, structure, and reassurance he did not receive in his previous home.
