**WE ARE ALWAYS IN NEED OF FOSTER HOMES** Homeward Bound Dog Rescue is an all volunteer rescue organization and all our dogs and puppies are in foster homes - we are not a shelter and do NOT have a facility where we house our dogs. She has come all the way from Tennessee to find her forever family. She is SO loveable and full of energy. She is three months old and weighs 6 pounds and is tiny, but mighty! She has a take-charge personality and is vocal about her feelings although she is still a tiny bit shy when it comes to humans.<br/><br/>She was exposed to the resident cat in her foster home in Tennessee and did not seem to even notice him. On a scale of 1-5 her activity level is probably a 4. We are not sure of her exact breed but the rescue believes she is either a Chihuahua or Min Pin (or a mix of both).<br/><br/>Our adoption clinics are held one Saturday a month at our facility in Schenectady on John Street, located directly behind Boulevard Bowl (Erie Boulevard) from 10 am to 12 pm (directions are on our website). We require an approved application before we consider anyone for an adoption - so filling out the application is your first step. Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive an email invitation to attend an adoption event. Different dogs and puppies go up for adoption EVERY WEEK so please feel free to visit the site and click on the Petfinder link for updates as we are adopting dogs out in between adoption events. Puppies and dogs up to 2 years old are $395. Dogs over 2 years old are $295. 100% of the adoption fees go to help us save more dogs.
